Honey and Cinnamon Muffins

A delicious lunch time treat.

Serves 6


125g Flour

1 tsp Baking Powder

1 Egg

60g Sugar

2 tbsp oil

100ml milk

500g Icing Sugar (optional)

1 tbsp of Water

1 tsp Ground Cinnamon

3 tbsp Sweet Italian Chestnut Honey


  1. Sieve the flour and baking powder into a bowl.
  2. Mix the egg, milk, Sweet Italian Chestnut Honey, oil and sugar into a jug.
  3. Pour the egg mixture into the bowl and add the cinnamon. Mix until combined but still lumpy.
  4. Spoon the mixture into cake cases.
  5. Put the tray into the oven at 160c for 20 minutes until set and cracked at the top. If not set put into oven for a further 10 minutes.
  6. Once done stand for 5 minutes.
  7. Cover in icing (optional).
  8. Serve and enjoy!
